Image Timm Boettcher - President and Chief Executive Officer

 

Timm was recruited by Realityworks in 1998 to design and develop cutting edge technology for new products. He soon assumed leadership for research and development, and then engineering before being named President in 2005. Over his tenure with the company, Timm has led the company turnaround and achieved double-digit top line growth simultaneously with dramatic profit and cash flow improvement. Prior to joining Realityworks, he held positions at Cray Research and Wal-Mart Distribution.

Timm invests a great amount of time advocating on the need for collaboration between business and education to ensure a prepared workforce for the future.  In his endeavors he chairs the Industry Workforce Needs Coalition (IWNC) (Chair), serves on the Board of Directors for Association of Career and Technical Education (ACTE) and chairs the Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board.  In addition, Timm also invests energy into fostering entrepreneurialism and innovation in leadership roles on the University Wisconsin - Stout Discovery Center Board, Innovation Foundation of Western Wisconsin, and EdNET Advisory Board. In recognition for his efforts, Timm was chosen as the 2015 ACTE Business Leader of the Year.  Timm has presented workforce development strategies on several national levels Harvard’s Pathway’s to Prosperity and the U.S. Department of Labor.

Image Mary Stenvig - Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance

 

Mary was recruited in 2007 to provide strategic financial analysis for the Company. She is a Certified Public Accountant, board member of the National Center of Employment Ownership and a board member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the ESOP Association. She is also an active member of the MN Society of CPAs and Employee Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA). Mary was responsible for the implementation of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2011 and has a passion for educating others on ESOPs. Mary has presented at the national ESOP and NCEO Conventions as well as being interviewed for an educational ESOP video on CFO.com. Additionally she has spearheaded legislative visits for the advocacy of ESOPs and educated others on the importance of lobbying efforts.

Image Scott Jameson - Vice President of Sales and Marketing

 

Scott became part of the Realityworks team in June 2011 when he was recruited as the Director of Marketing.  In 2012 he expanded the company’s product portfolio by listening to the market and determining customer need, while applying marketing and engineering resources to increase Realityworks' addressable market and product offerings. In addition to being the Director of Marketing, Scott became the Director of Sales in 2014 and was again promoted in 2015 to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for his innovative marketing practices. He is a visionary who has helped Realityworks achieve growth by assisting in positioning Realityworks growth strategy, leading the account management team in cultivating opportunities in new and existing customer markets and grow the demand for Realityworks products. He studied organizational communications and public relations at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Scott brings more than 21 years of sales and marketing leadership at other high technology firms including Demand Consultants, StorMagic, Xiotech, and CommNet Cellular. He and his wife Ann have two lovely daughters. They reside in Hudson, Wisconsin.
