Realityworks Announces Increase in Employee-Ownership at Annual Meeting

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (JUNE 25, 2013) –At the annual company Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
meeting, employees learned that an additional five percent of the company’s stock has been transferred to
employees via the ESOP. The additional funds increased the ESOP to nearly eleven percent of Realityworks
stock.

The annual meeting was hosted by company President and CEO Timm Boettcher, along with ESOP Partners
Representative Aaron Juckett. Employees were informed of the additions to the plan and reminded of the
benefits of an ESOP. Also in attendance was Mark Aumann, staff member to Wisconsin Congressman Ron
Kind Aumann represented Kind as a show of his support for ESOP companies.

“The future of this company is in the hands of our employees and we want to reward them for the work they do
each day,” says Boettcher. “Realityworks started the ESOP to help benefit the community as well as our
employees. By being an ESOP we keep employees in the community and we keep the company local.”

Founders Mary and Rick Jurmain made Realityworks an ESOP company in 2011. An Employee Stock
Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a defined contribution plan that provides a company's workers with an ownership
interest in the company. In an ESOP, companies give their employees stock ownership, typically at no cost to
the employees. ESOPs are governed by federal pension laws which set forth clear requirements to ensure all
employees are treated proportionally the same.
