Wisconsin Gubernatorial Candidate Mary Burke Makes Campaign Stop at Eau Claire, Wisconsin-based Realityworks, Inc.

EAU CLAIRE, Wis., April 16, 2014 – Recent winner of the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Special Award for Innovation Excellence, Realityworks, Inc. hosted Wisconsin gubernatorial candidate Mary Burke (D-Madison) at their Eau Claire, Wis. facility on April 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. In the course of the tour, Burke was educated on the experiential learning technology products Realityworks offers, including RealCare Baby and RealCareer Welding Solutions.

During her visit, Burke commended Realityworks, noting that products like the teachWELD Welding Simulation positively affect Wisconsin’s future workforce by providing the tools needed to train future employees and give Wisconsin youth the opportunity to compete for jobs. “Realityworks is an innovative company,” stated Burke. “It’s products like this that will get into the schools and build those needed skills.”

“We are excited that we received the opportunity to talk with Mary about our company. Through her background experience with Trek Bicycles, we were pleased to hear that she supports and understands the ESOP company model that we have, as well as the rewards that can come from it,” said Timm Boettcher, President of Realityworks.
