Realityworks Expands Roles for Executive Leadership Team

EAU CLAIRE, Wis., January 22, 2015 – Realityworks Board of Directors announced changes to their executive leadership team this week.  Effectively immediately, the executive leadership team’s roles were expanded upon and promotional titles were given:

The expanded roles and title changes reflect the confidence of Realityworks’ Board of Directors in the executive leadership team, along with confirming their confidence that Realityworks has a strong leadership team in place to continue the growth and success of the organization.

Timm Boettcher has been an integral part of Realityworks since 1998, originally helping design and develop cutting-edge technology for new products before being named President in 2005.  Over his tenure with the company, Mr. Boettcher has led the company turnaround and achieved double-digit, top-line growth simultaneously with dramatic profit and cash flow improvement. Boettcher has taken a greater role steering strategic growth toward technologies aimed at training the current and future workforce, while fulfilling the company’s mission to improve the human condition around the globe.  Recent technology accomplishments under Mr. Boettcher’s leadership would include the expansion of the RealCareer® Welding Solutions product line, the guideWELD™ VR welding simulator and the guideWELD™ LIVE real welding guidance system.

Mary Stenvig oversaw the implementation and management of resources for the corporation’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), while overseeing the establishment of Realityworks as an employee-owned company in 2012. Her dedication to educating companies about the ESOP model has led her to become vice president on the board of the Wisconsin Chapter of the ESOP Association. Stenvig has not only taken on accounting and financial functions, but has quickly spearhead efforts that boosted the company’s performance while creating valuable cash flow improvements.

Scott Jameson has expanded the company’s product portfolio by listening to the market and determining customer need. Jameson applied marketing and engineering resources to increase Realityworks' addressable market and product offerings, and helped the company achieve advancement by assisting in positioning Realityworks growth strategy to lead the account management team in cultivating opportunities in new and existing customer markets to grow demand for Realityworks’ products.

The changes to Realityworks’ executive team come during a time of expansion for the company with new products added to the RealCareer Welding Solutions line, guideWELD VR welding simulator and guideWELD LIVE real welding guidance system. Additionally in 2014, the company was recognized with several awards for their innovations and leadership in the small business and education industries, such as the Wisconsin Manufacturer Innovation Excellence Award and the American Business Awards – The Stevie® Awards: Most Innovative Company of the Year.
